Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball was born November 24, 1981. She is an American political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, as a host of American television at MSNBC, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former co-host and host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball decided to end the show in the month of May 2021. This was to allow for them to release Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is a cohost on Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has made guest appearances on various networks, including CNN, CNBC, Fox News and shows like Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball credits her ongoing interest in politics and her experience as a newly-wed mother during the primaries of 2008. She also followed the US presidential election from Jordan as she was working there. She was able to observe how the election affected those in the country and became aware of the impact that US politics have on the lives of all people in the world. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional District in 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was the host of The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 2015. She created the People's House Project, an organization that promotes Democratic causes in May of 2017.
